**Job description**

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide executive, administrative, and development support to the CXO and the Senior Leadership Team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Executive Support: Will be responsible to provide executive support for tasks and responsibilities catering to CXOs in a one-on-one working relationship.
- Manage Appointments and Calendar: Actively schedule, manage and well inform CXOs of upcoming set of events and agendas
- Administration management - Assists the CXOs with daily administrative duties and tasks that include coordinating logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally, third party management, meeting and greeting of external clients and handling external queries
- Flexible in handling secondary tasks as assigned, provide assistance as needed to adhoc works and projects
- Manage travel & accommodation booking : Should be responsible for planning and arranging business travels such as flight tickets, cabs and hotel accommodations
