Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional
Real Estate Salesperson
to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will act as the face of Charter Wealth Partners, guiding clients through the entire property lifecycle—from listing and marketing to negotiation and closing. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction in the competitive Bengaluru market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation:
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients buying, selling, or renting properties. Assess their needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
  • Property Management & Showings:
    Conduct thorough property inspections and organize professional viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Manage the deal process from initial offer to contract execution.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay updated on Bengaluru's real estate market trends, property values, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Marketing & Lead Gen:
    Promote listings through effective marketing techniques, digital platforms, and networking.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, agents, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Licensure:
    Valid Real Estate License or RERA registration is highly preferred.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the local Bengaluru property market and real estate regulations.
  • Sales Skills:
    Demonstrated track record of successful sales and customer service excellence.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities (verbal and written).
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills:
