Job Title: MIS Executive (Female Candidates Only)Location: KolkataJob Summary:

We are looking for a female MIS Executive who will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and presenting data reports to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent command over MS Excel, and the ability to generate meaningful insights from data.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources (Excel, ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.).
  • Create dashboards and performance trackers using Excel or Power BI.
  • Support different departments with data-based insights for improving operations.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all MIS reports.
  • Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, macros, or Google Sheets tools.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams for regular data updates.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc data requirements and presentations.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / SQL preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Computer Applications, Statistics, or any related discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or similar role.
  • Experience in BPO, Telecom, Finance, or Service industry preferred.
  • Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
  • Data reliability and consistency.
  • Effectiveness in report automation.
  • Quality of analytical insights shared with management.
