Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing data to support business decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments to generate reports and provide insights that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Automate reports and dashboards using Excel (advanced level), Power BI (preferred), or other tools.
  • Extract data from various systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather data and insights.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
