proactive and driven Non-IT Recruiter
 to join our growing recruitment team.

Role: Non-IT Recruiter

This is an 
end-to-end recruitment role
, focused on hiring across diverse business functions — 
operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and more.
 You'll own the full hiring cycle, manage multiple mandates, and deliver high-quality talent with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 
    end-to-end recruitment
    : sourcing, screening, coordination, selection, offer closure, and onboarding support.
  • Source candidates through 
    Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media networks.
  • Screen candidates for relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.
  • Handle 
    salary negotiations and post-offer follow-ups
     to ensure successful joining.
  • Build and maintain a 
    strong candidate pipeline
     for recurring and niche roles.
  • Maintain 
    daily/weekly hiring reports
     and consistently meet defined recruitment targets.
  • Deliver an excellent 
    candidate and client experience
     throughout the process.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a 
    Non-IT Recruiter
    .
  • Expertise in 
    lateral and bulk hiring
     across non-technical domains.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    job portals, Boolean search, market mapping, and headhunting
    .
  • Excellent 
    communication and negotiation
     skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle 
    multiple open positions under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with 
    ATS or recruitment CRMs
     will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background

  • Experience recruiting in 
    BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG, Logistics, or related sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in 
    HR, Business Administration, or related field.
