Delivery Manager – US IT Staffing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in US IT staffing and contract recruitment. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions, timely interview coordination, and seamless onboarding. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can work closely with recruiters, account managers, hiring managers, and candidates. The Delivery Manager will serve as a strategic link between internal recruitment teams and direct-client stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and an exceptional candidate experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process for US IT contract staffing requirements.
  • Review job requirements and guide recruiters to identify the right talent.
  • Evaluate resumes, screen candidates, and ensure profile quality before client submission.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and client hiring managers.
  • Track candidate progress, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, and compliance for selected candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with direct clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivery expectations.
  • Monitor recruiter performance and ensure timely closure of roles.
  • Work closely with account managers to plan delivery strategy and prioritize requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM and ensure process adherence.
  • Handle escalations and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
  • Provide regular delivery reports and updates to management.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 14+ years of experience
    in US IT staffing delivery, recruitment operations, or talent coordination.
  • Proven experience interacting directly with
    client hiring managers
    and influencing decisions.
  • Strong understanding of
    US contract staffing
    , recruitment processes, and candidate lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating technical resumes and presenting qualified profiles to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience managing interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage high-volume requisitions, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with
    ATS/CRM systems
    and MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail, task prioritization, and coordination skills.
