Role Overview

We're looking for a
Quality Engineer
to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. This role involves both hands-on validation work and team leadership responsibilities, with a strong focus on automation, testing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a QA team to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor quality-related activities across R&D phases.
  • Validate cloud releases and new features; compile detailed test reports.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on test plans, bug resolution, and requirement discussions.
  • Investigate and debug client-reported issues.
  • Oversee automation engineers handling both cloud and device testing.
  • Track and present quality metrics, KPIs, and QA progress.
  • Contribute hands-on where required based on team bandwidth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing QA teams (manual + automation).
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading teams of 5–7 members.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and implementation in agile setups.
  • Hands-on experience in API testing, web application testing, and writing test plans.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as
    TypeScript
    or
    Python

  • Experience with frameworks such as
    Playwright
    ,
    Pytest
    , or similar.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture is a significant advantage.
  • Exposure to device testing and object-oriented design practices is a plus.
