About the Role

As a Business Development
Consultant
, you will be responsible for calling potential leads, conducting client meetings, and closing deals for business setup in Dubai and across the UAE. You will explain our services, guide clients on suitable options, and ensure smooth onboarding. This role demands excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with generated leads (no cold calling).
  • Explain business setup services, benefits, and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Consultant/Manager.
  • Maintain excellent communication with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Track lead progress in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support the Consultant in preparing proposals and documentation if required.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi & English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong communication, convincing, and client-handling skills.
  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in telesales / inside sales / customer service (international process preferred).
  • Confident, professional, and target-driven personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Dubai / UAE business setup is a plus (training will be provided).
