Part-Time Team Member: Your Duties & Responsibilities (Loud & Clear)

We want applicants who are ready to hit the ground running. By applying, you confirm your understanding and willingness to perform the following core duties:

Primary Service & Customer Focus:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly according to restaurant standards.
  • Order Support: Assist servers by running food and drinks accurately and efficiently to the correct tables.
  • Table Maintenance: Quickly clear and reset tables with all necessary cutlery and glassware to maintain a smooth flow of service.
  • Restocking & Preparation: Ensure all service stations (cutlery, napkins, ice, beverages) are fully stocked before, during, and after shifts.

Professional Standards & Cleanliness:

  • Cleanliness Champion: Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, restrooms, and server stations.
  • Dish Support: Assist kitchen staff by scraping, stacking, and organizing dishes in the designated washing area.
  • Following Protocol: Adhere strictly to all restaurant health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Punctuality & Presence: Arrive on time, in a clean, wrinkle-free uniform, ready for the shift briefing.

Key Requirements (Before You Apply):

  • Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kgs (e.g., trays, bus tubs).
  • Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and a commitment to teamwork are non-negotiable.
