factory helper

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit. The candidate will support machine operators, maintain cleanliness, move materials, and ensure smooth production activities on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and production staff during manufacturing processes.
• Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Help in packing, labeling, and shifting of materials or finished products.
• Follow safety rules and wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Support maintenance and minor repair work as directed by supervisors.
• Handle factory tools, trolleys, and other equipment carefully.
• Report any equipment faults, safety hazards, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet production targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
