Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and presentable Female Receptionist to manage our front desk operations at our Madhapur office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper front desk security
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed
- Keep reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Intermediate
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
