Casa Serene is a luxury Airbnb farmhouse retreat, just 1.5 hours from Delhi, offering the perfect blend of leisure and celebration. From family stays to corporate offsites, intimate weddings, and private parties, Casa Serene is designed for memorable experiences.

We are seeking a Property & Marketing Manager who can manage operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build Casa Serene into a recognized hospitality brand.

  • Key Responsibilities

Property & Guest Management

  • Oversee daily property operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, communication, and ensure a seamless 5-star stay experience.
  • Manage Airbnb and other booking platform listings (pricing, content, calendars, reviews).
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and property ratings.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive bookings from corporates, event planners, and individuals for offsites, weddings (100–200 guests), birthdays, and private events.
  • Build partnerships with event managers, décor vendors, caterers, and travel agencies.
  • Actively pursue leads to convert Casa Serene into a preferred venue for gatherings.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and grow Casa Serene's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (photos, reels, blogs, campaigns) to showcase events and stays.
  • Run online promotions and ad campaigns to drive direct bookings.
  • Position Casa Serene as a luxury farmhouse brand.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or event management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business development mindset with ability to close event/booking deals.
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.
