We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Copywriter & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing compelling content, managing social media pages, and supporting the marketing team in day-to-day communication and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, engaging, and original copy for ads, social media posts, website, emailers, blogs, and scripts.
  • Manage daily social media influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Assist in planning monthly content calendars.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Respond to comments/messages and maintain brand tone across platforms.
  • Coordinate with influencers and agencies when required.
  • Support in proofreading, editing, and quality-checking content.
  • Assist in brainstorming sessions for new ideas and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in copywriting or social media management.
  • Strong command of English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to write short-form and long-form content.
  • Creative thinking, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera for basic reel shoots, behind-the-scenes videos, and content snippets.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Passion for writing and storytelling.
  • Understanding of current trends, pop culture, and brand communication.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: As Per Experience and Creativity.
