Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and handle student enquiries at GRK Trainings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in welcoming visitors, providing course information, handling phone calls, converting enquiries into admissions, and assisting in fee collection and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle course enquiries (in-person, phone, and online) and explain training programs effectively.
• Convert student enquiries into admissions through proper guidance and follow-up.
• Maintain and update enquiry and admission records daily.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls; perform regular tele-calling for lead follow-up.
• Coordinate with trainers and counsellors regarding class schedules and student queries.
• Manage fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Keep track of due payments and follow up with students for pending fees.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support daily administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, documentation, and communication with the management.
• Ensure a positive experience for all students and maintain good relationships with them.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu/Tamil (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Confident in handling calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in training institutes, education centers, or counselling roles will be an added advantage.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
