About the RoleWe are looking for a female receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate should be polite, and efficient in handling front office and administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities :Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle visitor records and maintain entry logs.
  • Assist with basic administrative work like scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin team for office-related requirements.
  • Manage courier, mail, and related tasks.
  • Requirements Female candidates only.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive preferred (freshers can also apply).
  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance with customer-friendly attitude.
