Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, follow-ups).
- Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant/HR Executive.
- Good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
