Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Associate whose primary focus will be cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach to help expand CyberGRCs customer base for training programs, consulting services, and compliance solutions. This is a frontline business development role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calling to prospective clients across industries.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients, tracking progress in CRM tools.
- Present CyberGRCs training and consulting offerings to decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales or consulting team members.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets.
- Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Support the sales team in proposals, presentations, and client engagement activities.
