Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive
Sales & Reservation Executive
to handle guest inquiries, manage OTA listings, and drive business through travel agent tie-ups and direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Manage and update listings across OTAs , Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
- Coordinate rates, availability, and promotions across channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with property teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, reservations, or OTA management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and PMS (Property Management Systems) preferred.
