SaaS Labs is hiring a
Content Manager
to scale and manage content production for
JustCall
. You will be responsible for defining and showing us what good looks like when it comes to impactful, engaging webpages and blogs - and then managing that process.

You'll work closely with our SEO team (responsible for technical SEO and strategy), content team (including managing one senior content writer), and a roster of vendors to deliver high-quality, search-optimised content that drives measurable growth.

This is a
hands-on management rol
e that combines project ownership, editing, and execution. You'll oversee the production pipeline, manage external writers and vendors, and ensure that every piece of content we publish is accurate, engaging, and aligned with overall goals

.We're looking for someone who thrives on building structure - from creating briefs and reviewing drafts to establishing workflows, managing vendor relationships, and tracking performance. If you're as comfortable writing as you are leading others and improving processes, you'll be a strong fit
