Opportunity – IPR Transaction Lawyer | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:
  • IPR Transactions: Advise on intellectual property transactions, including licensing, assignment, technology transfer, and commercialization agreements.
  • Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements and documentation.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to provide practical, commercially sound solutions.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct IP due diligence for transactions, identify risks, and provide recommendations.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed legal and regulatory research on IP matters and provide actionable guidance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 1–3 years of experience in IP transactions or related practice.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Educational background: LLB (with specialization in IP law preferred).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple transactions efficiently.
