Exciting Career Opportunity – Asset Management & Funds Lawyer | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Fund Formation: Advise on structuring, establishment, and management of private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds.
  • Regulatory Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and other regulatory frameworks applicable to funds and investment vehicles.
  • Fund Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate fund constitutive documents, investment management agreements, side letters, and investor documentation.
  • Investor Representation: Act for both sponsors and investors in fund structuring, fundraising, and investment transactions.
  • Cross-Border Transactions: Assist in structuring inbound and outbound investments, joint ventures, and related fund matters.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Lawyer at Senior Associate level (SA2) with experience in asset management, funds, or related corporate practice.
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures, AIF regulations, investment documentation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Educational background: LLB from a reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 law school.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex fund structuring and advisory assignments.
