  • Facilitate software procurement and licensing
  • Analyzing procurement and licensing issue root cause and resolve accordingly
  • Development and execution of procurement strategies
  • Understanding of end to end 3rd party commercial software processes Driving negotiation and execution of Software Licensing Agreements for software purchases, license compliance and ongoing license management
  • Understanding of industry standards and different SLAs used in the area of Software Access Management
  • Create and participate in daily, monthly and QBR status reviews
  • Work with respective leads to close the gaps highlighted by the QA lead / Client's Managers
  • Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks
  • Evaluate requirements, propose optimization and document new processes added to scope
    • Presentation skills to share findings with the team and deploy training to implement approved changes.
  • Candidate should be a self-starter with ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Candidate should have excellent Verbal and written communication skills with ability to understand internal procurement requirements and communicate with vendors
