Role & responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a high-performing operations team with clear goals and defined success metrics.
  • Assign tasks effectively to ensure optimal team performance, productivity, and accountability.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to support team growth and skill enhancement.
  • Act as the key liaison between the team and senior management to ensure smooth communication and quick conflict resolution.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement, implementing solutions to boost operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure full compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate team performance to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Proven experience as a team lead within an operations team, with a strong focus on team management and performance enhancement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward shared objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle dynamic operational challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive, results-driven approach focused on achieving business targets and improving team outcomes.
  • Prior experience in operations or call center environments will be preferred.
