Role & responsibilities

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) for sales & distribution accounting operations across the assigned depots.
  • Execute orders as per the sales & distribution billing & invoices.
  • Carry out end-end to depot management activities, keeping a track of depot manpower, inventories, shortage & excess, crates, and meltage etc.
  • Coordinate with distribution & accounting team for clearance of load.
  • Ensure complete stock management for the assigned depot and coordinate movement of primary order from the plant.
  • Carry out reconciliation of distributor outstanding and prepare outstanding report / MIS.
  • Report all issues & concerns like food inspection, meltage etc. to seniors for prompt action.
  • Conduct branch sales tracking exercise on weekly basis to analyse branch health.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Sound knowledge of Sales & Distribution Module Understanding of Sales & Asset Accounting Procedures.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing MIS, preferably in a sales accounting or finance environment.
  • Proficiency in database management, data analysis & reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent understanding of financial accounting principles and sales processes.
