We're building
Poststack - India's first social media operations platform for creators, agencies, and brand teams
. A system where creators can plan, schedule, and analyse all their content in one place, without chaos.

We're assembling our early team - the people who'll shape our brand voice, influence our product decisions, and help us prepare for launch. If you love taking ownership, want to be close to product, and want to shape how Indian creators build brands, manage social ops, and get paid - you'll fit right in.

The Role

You'll work directly with the founder on everything creative & marketing, telling stories about topics such as:

• Why creator businesses struggle to scale without systems
• Why marketing agencies alone aren't enough
• Why current scheduling tools don't work for India
• How we're building Poststack to solve these problems
• How content teams, creator agencies, and independent creators can operate 10x better

You'll help build a narrative that feels relatable, opinionated, bold and creator-first - not boring B2B SaaS marketing. Think visuals, reels, campaigns, storytelling, and shaping how Poststack shows up online.

Your Mission

To act as a mini-founder for content, driving:

Creators' trust & adoption

Explosive brand awareness

Demand & lead-gen through storytelling

How You'll Do This

You'll own the content pipeline end-to-end, using tools like CapCut, Canva, and AI wherever it makes you faster.

You will:

• Shoot & edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) with the founder
• Create talking-head explainers, mini case-studies, storytelling videos
• Turn product updates, insights, and data into scripts, LinkedIn posts, and SEO-driven blogs
• Design carousels, visuals, and launch creatives
• Collaborate with the founder & tech team on launch visuals, feature stories, and brand direction
• Research creators, trends, and moments that fit our tone
• Build your own creative voice as you help Poststack build its own

Your content will:

• Feel creator-first, relatable, and culture-aware
• Use bold opinions + industry realities
• Leverage data, insights, and memes
• Look like creator culture, not corporate marketing

This is not a 'post one reel a week' internship. This is a high-intensity role in a lean SaaS team. You'll be close to product and move fast.

Who We're Looking For

You should have:

• Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• A strong eye for design (Canva, Figma)
• Creativity + initiative + organisation
• Interest in startups, creators, marketing, and storytelling
• Ability to either be on camera or direct with confidence
• Bonus: If you create content yourself or have grown a creator page - you're EXACTLY the person we want
