Role Overview

We are looking for hardworking, results-driven lead generation agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. Your role will be to generate quality leads for our closers. For every successful sale closed from your lead, you will earn $100 commission.

What You Can Expect

Responsibilities

  • Call existing solar owners to introduce our battery solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Ensure leads are accurate, relevant, and interested in reducing bills with battery storage.
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency during campaign hours.

Requirements

  • Experience in telemarketing, call centres, or sales is an advantage.
  • Must have a good laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and quality headset.
  • Ability to work during 9 AM – 5 PM (Western Australia time).
  • Driven, motivated, and committed to delivering results.
