We deliver evidence-based programs on student safety, legal literacy, and mental well-being, and help schools implement Child Protection & Safety Policies that create long-term impact.

The Role:
This is not a typical job. As an Institutional Engagement Officer, you will:

  • Stand in classrooms, auditoriums, and boardrooms — inspiring students, training educators, and presenting to school leaders.
  • Build trusted partnerships with principals, trustees, and administrators.
  • Lead both training delivery and institutional outreach — a rare opportunity to influence thousands while also driving organizational growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with schools and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads, secure partnerships, and ensure program adoption.
  • Represent Right Side Story at education events, conferences, and forums.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in training, public speaking, or institutional outreach.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Psychology, Education, or Marketing.
  • A confident facilitator who thrives on stage and in meetings.
  • Someone empathetic, resilient, and target-driven.
