Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop instructional content (modules, lesson plans, presentations, workbooks, mock tests, handouts) for verbal ability topics.
  • Deliver training sessions in Verbal Ability: includes grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, verbal reasoning, sentence correction, etc.
  • Undertake periodic assessments / quizzes / mock tests to evaluate students' verbal skills.
  • Analyze students' performances to identify strengths and weaknesses; provide feedback and remedial support.
  • Stay updated on the pattern / formats / expectations of placement tests (e.g. AMCAT, CoCubes, TCS NQT etc.), competitive exams, and incorporate them into training.
  • Maintain training records; track outcomes and report on student improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any UG or PG (any discipline).
  • Prior experience (1-2 years) of teaching verbal ability
  • Experience with placement training or working with students preparing for selection tests is a strong advantage.
