Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English & Personality Development Instructor to train college students in Bangalore. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students' communication skills, soft skills, and overall personality development to prepare them for academic success and professional careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive sessions on Spoken English, Grammar, and Communication Skills.
  • Train students in Personality Development, Public Speaking, Group Discussions, and Interview Skills.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans, activities, and role plays for effective learning.
  • Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and improve presentation skills.
  • Customize training methods as per the student group level and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communication, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a trainer/instructor in English and Personality Development.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to handle college batches effectively.

Work Mode & Location:

  • Onsite training at colleges across Bangalore.
  • Flexible session timings based on college schedule.

Salary: Attractive remuneration per session/batch (based on experience).How to Apply:
