Job Description:

UrbanPro is seeking experienced and qualified Personal Trainers to join our platform and offer fitness training sessions online. As a Personal Trainer on UrbanPro, you will have the freedom to set your schedule, choose your clients, and create customized workout plans to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one or group fitness training sessions online.
  • Assess clients' fitness levels and develop personalized workout plans.
  • Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety.
  • Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness objectives.
  • Track and document clients' progress regularly.
  • Offer nutrition advice and lifestyle recommendations, if qualified.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Personal Trainer is preferable.
  • Proven experience as a fitness trainer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various fitness programs and exercises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for conducting online sessions.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
