Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager – IT (AI/ML) located in Pune. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires an individual who can effectively manage logistics, coordinate expediting activities, and conduct inspections to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and business analysts.
  • Monitor and track project progress using project management tools.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and security protocols.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Oversee documentation, testing, and deployment of IT solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–8 years of IT project management experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing AI/ML, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
