Position Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and streamlining the daily administrative operations of the institution. The role involves coordinating academic and non-academic functions, maintaining records, supporting institutional activities, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks including office management, correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate institutional operations such as academic timetables, meetings, events, and student-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for students and staff including attendance, files, and official documentation.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and personnel management.
- Act as a liaison between the institution and external vendors, service providers, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare official reports, letters, and presentations as required by the management team.
- Assist in organizing institutional events, workshops, and seminars in coordination with various departments.
- Implement and monitor administrative systems to enhance efficiency and workflow across departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in an academic setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related office software.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Proactive attitude with effective problem-solving capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
