Job Summary: The Admin Executive will oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the institution, ensuring smooth functioning of academic and non-academic activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day administrative operations including office management, correspondence, and record-keeping. - Assist in coordinating academic schedules, meetings, events, and student activities. - Maintain student and staff records, attendance, and other documentation in compliance with institutional policies. - Support HR functions such as recruitment assistance, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files. - Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners for office supplies, maintenance, and other requirements. - Ensure compliance with institutional policies, government regulations, and statutory requirements. - Handle queries from students, parents, faculty, and visitors professionally and promptly. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management. - Support management in planning and organizing institutional events, workshops, and seminars. - Implement and monitor administrative processes to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - Proven experience in administrative roles. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
