The team you will be a part of The Channel Sales (Commission) team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base This role in summary:

Whirlpool India is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to drive performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and other key online marketplaces. This role will be responsible for sellout growth, strategic media planning, and competition benchmarking for Whirlpool's portfolio, including Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Microwaves, and Dishwashers. The ideal candidate will own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for e-commerce product launches and drive traffic to Whirlpool SKUs through optimized media investments.

Your responsibilities will include:

1- Performance Marketing & Sellout Growth

  • Lead paid media campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces to drive sales and traffic to Whirlpool SKUs.
  • Optimize sponsored ads, DSP campaigns, and display media for performance efficiency.
  • Manage ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates, ensuring media investments translate into tangible sellout growth.
  • Coordinate with marketplace teams to execute exclusive promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns.

2- Strategic Media Planning & Budgeting

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive media plan for e-commerce platforms, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spends.
  • Allocate budgets across search, display, video, and retargeting ads based on performance insights.
  • Leverage first-party and third-party data for audience segmentation and retargeting.

3- Competition Benchmarking & Insights

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
  • Track category trends, new launches, and emerging consumer behaviors to refine Whirlpool's e-commerce approach.

4- Post-Campaign Analytics & Leadership Reporting

  • Build and present post-campaign performance reports, highlighting key insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for tracking key e-commerce performance metrics.

5- GTM Strategy for New Product Launches

  • Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new product launches across e-commerce platforms.
  • Define launch media investments, key messaging, and platform-specific activation strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure a seamless product rollout.
Minimum requirements:
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital advertising, or marketplace performance marketing.
  • Education: MBA from Tier 1/2 college
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, DSP, and search/display strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale media budgets and optimize investments for maximum ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, Flipkart Marketplace Insights, or similar tools.
  • Experience in competitive benchmarking and consumer insights.
Preferred skills and experiences:

Prior experience in the home appliances or consumer durables industry is a plus
