We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining property details, generating appointments for site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, so excellent communication, confidence, and professionalism are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads received from online campaigns, property portals, and other sources.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide details about ongoing projects.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for interested clients.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets (calls, follow-ups, and confirmed visits).
  • Build rapport with potential clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Share daily call reports and feedback with the management team.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada (or local language).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate projects and property sales process (preferred).
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
