We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team at ChaitanyaHR consultancy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the front office reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to emails professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
