Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive work culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Oversee employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports on workforce metrics.
  • Design and implement policies related to compensation, benefits, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
  • Promote a healthy, safe, and motivating work environment.

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR operations or management roles.
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service industry preferred.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership and conflict management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹50,000.00 per month
