Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader with 15+ years of experience to head our CSR & Development Initiatives. The Head – CSR will be responsible for designing, driving, and overseeing the organization's CSR strategy and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. Preference will be given to candidates with proven leadership experience, including Ex-Servicemen who bring discipline, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills.

What you'll be responsible for?

  • Strategic
    Leadership

  • Define and lead the overall CSR vision and strategy for the organization.

  • Align CSR objectives with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide leadership for the design and execution of high-impact initiatives.

  • Stakeholder & External Engagement

  • Build partnerships with corporates, NGOs, government bodies, and networks such as the Indian CSR Association and Indian Social Responsibility Network.

  • Represent the organization in high-level forums, consortiums, and external meetings.

  • Drive advocacy and thought leadership in the CSR ecosystem.

  • Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure CSR projects comply with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

  • Oversee budgeting, fund allocation, impact measurement, and reporting.

  • Drive transparency, accountability, and governance across all CSR initiatives.

  • Team & Program Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop CSR project managers and teams.

  • Foster a high-performance culture with focus on impact and innovation.

  • Monitor project outcomes and ensure scalability of successful programs.

What you'd have?

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8–10 years in CSR leadership or program management.
  • Preference for Ex-Servicemen with proven leadership and organizational expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of CSR law, development sector, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
