We are hiring a Ward Secretary for our hospital.

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Hospital Administration preferred).

1–3 years of hospital/healthcare experience (freshers may also apply).

Good communication skills & computer proficiency..

Timing : 9hrs morning shift

Salary: Rs.15000/- to Rs.20000/-

Maintain patient admission, transfer, and discharge records accurately.

Handle ward-related clerical work, including filing, report preparation, and record keeping.

Assist in preparing patient case sheets, consent forms, and discharge summaries.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, diagnostic departments, and billing sections.

Manage telephone calls, messages, and ward communications.

Ensure proper documentation for investigations, procedures, and billing.

Support ward incharge with administrative tasks, supplies requisition, and inventory tracking.

Provide information and guidance to patients and their families politely and professionally.

Maintain confidentiality of patient data and hospital records.

Ensure smooth coordination during patient transfers and emergency situations
