We're looking for a 
Video/Motion Designer
 to help us create engaging, scroll-stopping content that captures attention and builds community.

Overview

The Video/Motion Designer will be responsible for 
conceptualising, editing, and producing high-impact video content
 across platforms. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical expertise in video editing and motion graphics, and the ability to translate brand strategy into captivating visuals

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and produce video content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and events
  • Design motion graphics, animated assets, and short-form videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Edit raw footage into polished, brand-consistent deliverables (ads, reels, behind-the-scenes, product highlights, event recaps, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to storyboard and bring campaigns to life
  • Adapt and repurpose content for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand integrity
  • Stay updated on design, animation, and video content trends to bring fresh ideas
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets with attention to detail and quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, Motion Designer, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); knowledge of AI tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D animation principles is a bonus
  • Understanding of social media formats and best practices for video content
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sound design and basic audio editing
  • Exposure to exciting campaigns, product launches, and events
