Job Objective:We are looking for a dynamic, camera-confident Video Presenter who can communicate effectively in English, Tamil, and Hindi. The ideal candidate will be skilled in presenting financial and market-related content in a clear, engaging, and relatable manner, both in front of the camera and through creative video scripts. You will play a key role in bringing Navias content to life across digital platforms, helping us connect with diverse audiences through compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Camera Presentation:
• Deliver clear, engaging, and confident video presentations in English, Tamil, and Hindi on topics related to stock markets, investing, and financial education.
• Scriptwriting & Storyboarding:
• Create engaging, informative, and easy-to-understand video scripts and outlines for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other video platforms.
• Content Ideation:
• Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to generate creative video ideas aligned with Navia's brand voice and campaign goals.
• Video Repurposing:
• Transform long-form content (e.g., blogs, webinars, or reports) into short, impactful video scripts suitable for social media and educational platforms.
• Audience Engagement:
• Adapt tone and style for different platforms to maximize audience reach and retention.
• Performance Review:
• Track and analyze video engagement metrics, and refine scripts and presentation style based on insights.
• Collaborate with Production Team:
• Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and content strategists to ensure polished, high-quality final output.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
• Strong on-camera presence with the ability to convey confidence, clarity, and personality.
• Proven experience as a video presenter, anchor, or YouTuber — preferably in finance, education, or digital content.
• Ability to write creative, concise, and engaging scripts for different audience types and formats.
• Basic understanding of video production, framing, and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to simplify complex financial topics into easy-to-understand, relatable content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to tailor video content for each.
• Strong team collaboration skills and openness to feedback.

Preferred Experience:

• 0–4 years of experience in video presenting, scriptwriting, or digital content creation.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your previous on-camera work (finance-related or otherwise).
• Experience creating bilingual or multilingual video content is a strong plus.
• Interest or background in finance, stock markets, or personal investing is highly desirable.
