Tata CLiQ is the flagship digital commerce initiative of the Tata Group. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Beauty, and Luxury. Role & Responsibilities:- Relationship Building Maintain terms with key internal stakeholders, brands, and sellers.
- Vendor / Seller Management New & Existing seller/vendor onboarding and management.
- Operations Managing end-to-end processes with key stakeholders and provide support in resolving any blockers.
- Buying Manage the internal processes for new assortment including SOR/OR buys and product catalogue.
- Ageing & Damage Clearance To ensure clearance of all damage and expiry stocks from all WH monthly.
- Category understanding 360-degree view and understanding of categories.
- Monitoring sales and operational efficiencies.
- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce Business Roles.
- Strong at data-driven decision-making.
- Strong follow-up skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong experience in task management and handling competing priorities.
- MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint) Very good / Strong.
- Basic understanding of ERP/Seller portal/SAP.
- Jira / Fresh Service (Any ticket raising portal experience).
