We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to own the market success of our product suite. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our product, marketing, and sales teams. You will be responsible for developing a deep

strategies. Your mission is to articulate our product's value to the market, drive demand, and empower our sales teams to win.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, own, and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions.
- Define launch objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional launch plans, ensuring alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product, the competitive landscape, and our customer personas to become a true product evangelist.
- Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and highlights our unique value proposition.
- Translate complex technical features into tangible customer benefits and value-driven narratives.
- Market Intelligence & Product Vision:
- Act as the voice of the customer and the market. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to generate insights.
- Partner closely with the Product Management team to influence the product roadmap, ensuring our development efforts align with market needs and strategic vision.
- Sales Enablement & Content Creation:
- Create and maintain a library of high-impact sales collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, presentations, demo scripts, and competitive battle cards.
- Collaborate with the content and demand generation teams to create marketing assets such as blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, and website content that support the product narrative.
- Train the sales team and other customer-facing roles on product features, value propositions, and market positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful Go-to-Market strategies for product launches.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to create compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; you can synthesize market trends, customer data, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in the [Your Specific Industry, e.g., Logistics, E-commerce, FinTech] industry is a strong plus.
- Experience marketing to both SMB and Enterprise customer segments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
