Marketing Manager Industrial Wastewater Treatment

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Inside Sales

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers (sugar industries, distilleries, ETP/STP operators, and other industrial clients).
  • Explain product features, benefits, and technical advantages of Nanozyme Bioculture.
  • Maintain a daily call log and follow up on leads generated via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the marketing head to schedule client meetings and product demos.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Prepare quotations and share promotional offers with interested clients.

2. Field Marketing & Client Visits

  • Visit customer locations (industries and factories) when required for demonstrations or discussions.
  • Conduct product presentations and water treatment performance discussions with plant managers or decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collect customer feedback, water sample data, and competitor insights from the field.
  • Ensure after-sales support coordination with the technical service team.

3. Reporting & Coordination

  • Report daily and weekly activities to the management.
  • Support in planning regional marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or seminars.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations for order dispatches.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (26 years) in industrial marketing / wastewater / chemical / biotech sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
  • Should be comfortable with both telecalling and fieldwork.
  • Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment plants (ETP/STP) is an added advantage.
  • Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Candidates from Erode or Chennai preferred.
