Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive with a focus on water treatment to join our dynamic team at Fivebro Water Services Private Limited. This full-time position is available in multiple locations including Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will demonstrate the capacity to work effectively in a competitive environment. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in water treatment sales with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role. Expertise in water treatment and wastewater treatment plants (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities (Mandatory skill). Strong sales reporting skills and the ability to analyze sales data effectively. In-depth product knowledge and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences. Excellent team collaboration skills to work closely with colleagues in pursuit of organizational goals. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships with clients. Ability to handle client objections and close deals efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote water treatment products and services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Meet or exceed sales targets by managing and expanding the client base within designated regions. Maintain professional relationships with existing customers and provide exceptional post-sale support. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and with high standards. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers showcasing the benefits of our products. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management to assist in strategic planning. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
