Experience:
6 – 8 Years
➢ Mandatory Skills
o Hands on
KWP 2000, UDS
Diagnostics
o Sound knowledge on
LIN and CAN
communications
o Develop tests cases manually and
CAPL/PHYTHON
scripts required to automate the SW validation
plan by using
Vector Canoe
o Execute the SW validation tests (using the tests scripts and/or manually) and report the results
o Manage and ensure traceability between Product SW requirements and SW validation tests and
tests scripts (100% coverage required)
o Knowledge on
ASpice
framework
➢ Tools
o Jira, Doors, Vector Canoe, Vtest Studio, SVN, GIT Hub
➢ Additional Skills
o Sound Knowledge on usage of test equipment like oscilloscope, logic analyzers, power-supply etc
o DIO and AIO modules interface
o Knowledge on safety standards ISO 26262 would be advantage
o Ability to go through hardware schematic diagrams and interface documents
➢ Responsibilities
o Design & development Test strategy and test Automation for Validation of Automotive systems such
as Door modules, Roof systems, Window regulators, etc.
o Analysing the requirements and developing test specifications & test scripts
o Execution of tests, analysing results and reporting bugs
o Validation of
ECU
using tools such as
CANoe, Canalyser and Vehicle Spy
o Coordination skills within team and external parties
o Experience in any Bug Tracking Tool (
Jira is Preferred
)
o Contribute to developing a validation strategy and test plan to find issues in a fail early, fail often
manner and the reporting mechanism to ensure that issues are tracked and fixed on time.
o Contribute to the building of Test Simulation setup to improve productivity and effectiveness of the
early architecture validation effort.
o Perform IVN & Diagnostic validation
