We are a boutique career consulting firm that helps senior and executive leaders plan and accelerate their careers. Our work combines strategy, personal branding, and market intelligence to help our clients stand out and reach the right opportunities.
We work through three specialized teams:
- Resume & LinkedIn Team builds strong resumes and professional profiles.
- Content & Branding Team creates engaging posts and manages personal branding for clients.
- Career Advisory Team (This Role) connects everything together by guiding clients, coordinating between teams, and researching job opportunities.
Role Overview
As a Career Associate, you will be part of the team that drives the client's entire career journey.
You'll interact with senior professionals, understand their career goals, coordinate with the resume and content teams, and help identify suitable job opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, research, and project coordination — and wants to learn how career strategy, branding, and hiring work at leadership levels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
- Be the point of contact for assigned clients — keep them informed and updated on progress.
- Understand each client's background and goals to support the senior advisor in planning their career strategy.
- Collect and organize information needed by the resume and content teams.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Resume Team to ensure the client's profile reflects their achievements and aspirations.
- Coordinate with the Content Team to plan LinkedIn posts and manage client visibility.
- Follow up on timelines and ensure smooth delivery across all teams.
Job Research & Market Mapping
- Research relevant job openings that fit the client's background and preferences.
- Track leadership job opportunities across industries and locations.
- Maintain a database of job descriptions and company insights.
LinkedIn Support
- Help manage or schedule client content on LinkedIn.
- Track engagement and suggest small improvements to increase visibility.
What You'll Learn

What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, client servicing, content management, or research roles. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong research and organization ability.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Curiosity to learn about careers, leadership hiring, and personal branding.Role & responsibilities
