Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Faizabad. The Training Manager will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, developing training programs, and delivering training sessions to employees. Additional duties include monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, managing training budgets, and coordinating with various departments to ensure training goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and conduct training needs analyses
  • Proficiency in developing training materials and instructional design
  • Experience in budget management and monitoring training effectiveness
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
