Are you anenthusiastic and experienced professional with a passion for travel management?Pakka Limited is looking for a dedicated Travel Desk Lead to oversee andenhance our corporate travel operations.KeyResponsibilities: Travel Management·       Negotiate and finalize contracts with travelservice providers, defining clear SLAs.·       Stay updated on airline, train, and other traveloperations to optimize travel planning.·       Plan and manage travel itineraries as per theorganization requirement.  Logistics·       Oversee company and vendor vehicle management.·       Ensure timely vehicle arrangements and efficientrostering.  Visa & Currency·       Handle documentation processes for visaissuance.·       Up to Date with travel insurance guidelines.  Hotel Booking:·       Build relationships with hotel vendors fordomestic and international bookings.·       Negotiate competitive rack rates and maintainstandard agreements with hotel partners.  Automation:·       Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) andbest practices for travel operations.·       Implement process automation and conduct UserAcceptance Testing (UAT) for efficiency.  External and Internal Communication:·       Serve as the primary point of contact forinternal and external travel -related inquiries.·       Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices andmaintain compliance with company policies.  Grievance Handling:·       Address and resolve travel -related complaintsefficiently.·       Maintain records of incidents and implementcorrective measures.  CUG Management·       Manage the distribution and administration ofCUG connections.·       Prepare and manage monthly deduction sheets.·       Oversee the activation and deactivation processof CUG services.  Quality Enhancement:·       Continuously improve travel systems andpolicies.·       Stay updated on industry trends and integratebest practices into operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.5+ years of experience in corporate travel management, logistics, or a similar role.Proven track record of vendor management, cost optimization, and travel coordination.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficiency in travel management software and ERP systems.Knowledge of visa processing, travel insurance, and currency exchange.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in process automation and digital transformation in travel operations.Ability to analyze travel data and optimize costs.
