The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling various categories of projects, with a strong focus on local keyword ranking and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization. This role demands a strategic thinker who can deliver measurable results in organic search performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and execute SEO strategies for different categories based projects simultaneously.
- Conduct in-depth local keyword research and implement strategies to improve local search visibility.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for multiple clients, ensuring high visibility in local packs.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities including content optimization, link building, and technical audits.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in SEO with a portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, GA4, GTM, Search Console etc.).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
